What we collect

Only what you send through the enquiry form: your name, company, email address, buyer type, product interest, estimated quantity and message.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and, if you ask, to send a catalogue, quotation or samples. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and taking steps before a possible contract. We do not send newsletters unless you ask for them, and we never sell your data.

Who receives it

The Henry Wood team in France and, when needed to prepare a quotation or samples, the Henry Wood production office in India. Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify, Inc. (United States), under its standard data-protection terms.

How long we keep it

Up to 3 years after our last contact with you, unless a business relationship requires longer (for example, invoices are kept for 10 years under French law).

Cookies

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from our own site.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing contact@henrywood.eu. You can also complain to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
